Rich Contact ("the Plugin") is a third-party plugin for the Crisp messaging platform. The Plugin automatically creates CRM contact profiles when conversations are initiated through messaging channels such as WhatsApp, Aircall, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, SMS, and others.
By installing and using the Plugin, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Plugin.
The Plugin requires an active Crisp workspace with at least one messaging channel integration configured. The Plugin operates within the Crisp platform and is subject to Crisp's own terms and conditions.
The Plugin processes visitor data (phone numbers, names, and optionally geolocation) solely to create contact profiles within your Crisp CRM. The Plugin does not store, export, or transmit this data outside of the Crisp platform. All data remains within your Crisp workspace.
The Plugin is billed through the Crisp marketplace. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Crisp workspace settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Plugin depends on the Crisp platform's APIs and real-time messaging infrastructure. Downtime of the Crisp platform may affect Plugin functionality.
The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Plugin, including but not limited to data loss, missed contacts, or CRM inaccuracies. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Plugin in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the Crisp marketplace.
